Ordering & Custom Work

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. Whether it’s a custom sign, inlay cutting board, or something unique, just fill out the form on our Custom Signs or Contact page. I’ll follow up within 1 week to discuss details.

How much do custom signs cost?
Pricing is based on size, materials, and complexity of the design. Once I learn more about your vision, I’ll provide a quote before getting started.

Can I order something I saw on your social media?
Absolutely! Send a message or include a screenshot of the item, and I’ll let you know if it’s available or if I can recreate something similar.

Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Let me know if your order is a gift. I’m happy to include a personalized note or package it with extra care.

Can I pick up my order locally?
If you're near Perrin, TX, local pickup may be available. Reach out before ordering to arrange.

Shipping & Production

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is handcrafted once ordered. Depending on the project and queue, it may take up to 7–8 weeks to complete and ship.

Can I request a rush order?

Returns & Issues

What if there’s an issue with my order?
We accept returns on unused, damaged, or defective items within 30 days. Custom orders with customer input errors may not qualify.

Cutting Board Care

How do I take care of my board?
Hand wash, dry thoroughly, and store upright. Treat with board butter or food-safe mineral oil regularly to preserve beauty and durability.

Do you sell board butter?
Yes! I offer a handcrafted, food-safe board butter you can add to your order or purchase separately.

Can my board be refreshed if it looks worn?
Definitely! A light sanding and fresh oiling can restore it beautifully. If you’re local, I can even do it for you—just reach out!
