Shipping & Returns

MADE-TO-ORDER

At Steel & Grain TX, I take pride in crafting each product by hand. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with an estimated production timeline. Depending on current order volume and the complexity of your item, it may take up to 7–8 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.

If you're ordering for a special occasion—like a birthday, anniversary, or holiday—please don’t hesitate to reach out at admin@steelandgraintx.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S.

  • For all other orders, you may select your preferred shipping option during checkout.

When your order is completed and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

Products Eligible for Return:

  • New and unused items

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Defective products

  • Custom orders with production errors (i.e., mistake on our end)

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have come into contact with food (due to health regulations)

  • Used products (e.g., cutting boards that have been cut on)

  • Orders placed over 30 days ago

  • Items without proof of purchase (we keep all order records on file)

  • Custom orders with errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer

Steel & Grain TX is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. Once we receive your return, we’ll contact you to confirm the item was received and that your refund has been processed.
