Welcome to Steel & Grain TX. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Information

All of our items are handmade to order in Perrin, TX. As with any handcrafted product, slight variations in color, grain, and finish are natural and part of what makes your piece unique. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products, but no two pieces will be exactly the same.

2. Custom Orders

Custom products are made specifically to your specifications and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or were produced incorrectly due to our error. Pricing for custom signs is based on size, material, and complexity of the design. Full details and a quote will be provided before production begins.

3. Payment & Processing

Payment is due at the time of order. Production begins after payment is received. For custom orders, communication about design and approval may extend the start of the production timeline. Please allow up to 7–8 weeks for your item to be completed and shipped.

4. Shipping

We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Once your item ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and include proof of purchase. Due to health regulations, items that have come into contact with food (such as cutting boards) cannot be returned if used.

We do not accept returns on custom orders due to customer error (misspellings, incorrect details submitted, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photos, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Steel & Grain TX and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
